Carol Goddard – Founder
With a degree in Community Service and Public Affairs from the University of Oregon I thought social work was my calling. Having small children at home I needed to find a job that had a balance between family and work. It turns out association management was my calling and Goddard Associates, Inc was established in 1984.
From the start, I enjoyed the challenge. My clients offer opportunities for personal and professional growth. I enjoy the medical issues and the constantly changing environment. The opportunity is as interesting today as it was 37 years ago. I love what I do almost as much as I love my 4 children and 7 grandchildren!
Nicole Goddard – CEO
I began my career at Goddard Associates, Inc after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelors degree in Fine Art & Graphic Design. I’ve started my fifteenth year at GA. I enjoy being apart of such a great team. I love what I do and that shows by building relationships with my clients, developing design and marketing ideas, traveling to meeting locations, and going above and beyond to meet my clients goals.
When I’m not working you can find me traveling the world, spending time with friends and family, or seeing my favorite band in concert.
Valerie Urbina – Finance & Membership
I attended University of Northern Colorado and graduated with a degree in Small Business Management. Before coming to Goddard Associates, Inc, I always seemed to find myself on the financial side of a business. Currently I manage the accounts and membership here at GA. I started working for GA 16 years ago, and have had several responsibilities throughout the years, from meeting management, finances and membership.
When free time opens I like to play golf and travel with my husband.
Debbie Fenoglio – Events & Communication
With a nursing background and having been involved in the medical field through my husband, it was a logical transition for me to join Goddard Associates. I have two adult children and my time raising a family is now less, I was happy to join the work force. The work at Goddard Associates is interesting and keeps one abreast of the constant changes occurring in the medical field. The people here are great and easy to work with, making work fun on a daily basis.
Aileen Beckler – Events & Communication
Originally from Indiana, I received my bachelor’s degree in Arts Management from Indiana University Bloomington and master’s certificate in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. I moved to Colorado in 2016 and joined Goddard Associates in the fall of 2019. Goddard Associates has given me the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. I immensely enjoy working with our clients and my co-workers.
In my spare time, you can find me at the dog park, in a yoga class, or curled up with a good book.
